Placing Orders
Please place orders by using this website's shopping cart.

Payments
You can make online payments and credit card payments through our secured server pages on our site as you check out, through Paypal, or you may send a money order, or cashiers check with a print out of your order. You will have these payment options presented to you at the end of your check out with our shopping cart.

Payment Mailing Address
Jennifer's Cloth Diaper Boutique's Payment Mailing Address will be emailed to customers after orders are placed through the shopping cart.

Local Customers
There is never a shipping or handling charge for local customers that are willing to pick up their order or meet us at a convenient location. Please e-mail LDukeK@aol.com to make arrangements for a local pick up. All local orders must be ordered with the site's shopping cart for faster processing of your order. If you choose to make a local pick-up order please choose customer pickup at checkout. If you are local and you prefer to have your order shipped please choose your shipping option at check out.

General Shipping Information
Most orders ship the day they are placed or the following day depending on time the order is placed. If a package is a bit delayed, then we will keep you informed about it.

Domestic Shipping Prices
We offer exact shipping on all orders via USPS. There can be a significant savings for JCDB customers on many orders through exact shipping compared to the flat rate. JCDB customers get to decide if they would like First Class, Priority, or Express shipping when checking out and the shipping rate is already calculated in for each item(s).

Package Liability & Insurance Available
We encourage our customers to purchase package insurance, which is available through our shopping cart. We encourage package insurance because we are not responsible for packages once they are with the post office and we do not refund or replace lost packages that are not insured. We have package insurance available for purchase through the website's top navigation bar where it says, "Insurance" or click here Package Insurance.

International Shipping
International Orders may take an additional 1-2 days for shipping processing. We ship international packages via USPS only.

Privacy Policy
Jennifer's Cloth Diaper Boutique views our customer's privacy as a serious matter. Jennifer's Cloth Diaper Boutique does not share information about our customers with anyone. Payment information is collected on our SSL server pages only. Information from these pages will be used only for your order. Customers will not be added to any newsletter lists unless customers sign up for one voluntarily on the home page of this website. Jennifer's Cloth Diaper Boutique does not give out or sell any customer information. All financial information is protected using secure methods and no bank or credit card details are stored after a transaction is completed.

General Return Policy
Please check your item over carefully before using or washing. All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturer defects. If you recieve merchandise that is defective, please contact us as soon as you can for a refund.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, then you can return unused, unwashed items (from a smoke free environment only) for either a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that has been worn, soiled, smells of cigarette smoke, or has pet hair on it or is otherwise contaminated. All returned/exchanged items need to be in their original packaging. We will return packages to you if they have been soiled, worn, washed, smell of cigarette smoke, or have pet hair on them. We do pay for the original (1 time) shipping paid by the customer on defective returns, however we do not on any other extra/additional shipping for returns/exchanges unless their was a mistake on our part. Please make sure to check sizing prior to washing your diapers.

Please retain your package slip as proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for replacement of defective merchandise or returned items.

Note
We work at up-dating our pages on a daily basis. If an order happens to be placed for an item that is no longer available then we will email before sending any order and we will send a refund for that item.

Drop Shipments
Sometimes we will have an item dropshipped directly from a customer caring & trusted manufacturer to the customer and this will not interupt the shipping times or return/exchange policies located on our website.
