Lite wraps diaper cover does run a little bigger than other diaper covers, however, there is Not a big difference between their sizing compared to other leading wraps.

The Preemie size is made to fit 0-8lbs. I believe the preemie size will fit 0-8 lbs, if you have a smaller newborn this size could work for the first 3-4wks depending on the babies rate of growth. **Preemie size comes in white only.
